I am Kuldeep Singh from Patiala, 42 years old and I have been suffering from low back ache for 5 years and was diagnosed with Lumbar spondylitis 3 years back. I tried allopathic treatment from a well-reputed hospital and by a well-reputed doctor along with Physiotherapy for 1 year but there was only temporary relief.

Then I switched to Ayurveda and visited Yog Gram in Haridwar for permanent relief but I was disappointed as there was relief for the first few days only and after that the same problem started. I took treatment from there for almost 1 year. Now I have lost faith in Ayurveda too. In between, I also tried homeopathy but no relief.

Now I had stopped all the treatments, just used to take painkillers occasionally. I gave up all hope and learned to live with the pain

It was a painful journey, due to stiffness, numbness and pain, I could not sit for a long time and then gradually my day-to-day activity also decreased. Life came to a halt and the pain one feels dealing with this kind of problem was very demoralizing.

Then one day, one of my friends suggested Vrindavan Chikitsalayam in Baddi, a branch of Vaidyaratnam Ayurvedic Centre. To be honest I did not have a lot of hope that I could be treated. But my friend insisted on the treatment and said that he had a good experience from there.  So I came to a decision that okay, let’s try this treatment.

So for my first visit, to be honest, I felt doubtful and a lot of queries were going through my mind. But as I visited a hospital and met the doctor and he examined and explained the problem and the required treatment for it, some confidence was instilled. So I decided to go through with the treatment. Now the journey starts. Doctor suggested the panchakarma therapies like Snehana, Swedana and Kati Basti and prescribed the medicines.

For panchakarma, they used raw herbs and prepared oils and decoctions from it.  So all the things were happening in front of my eyes and this increased my confidence. In the first few days, my pain and stiffness started decreasing. I was admitted there for 15 days and took Panchkarma therapies. My pain got completely cured in 15 days which was a miracle for me.

Now it has been six months, I am taking medicines from Vrindavan Chikitsalayam. Now there is no pain and the doctor said that your medicine will stop completely after a month.

The hospital has a relaxing and revitalizing atmosphere, a nice location that offers beautiful views over the vast forest and ample green spaces within the site. The rooms are nice, spacious & clean and the cleaning services are very good. All staff including therapists and doctors are very cooperative.

No doubts about it now. So now as I’m writing this review. I am pain-free and want to want to thank the wonderful Vrindavan team here for giving me my life back. Thank you Vrindavan Chikitsalyam from the bottom of my heart. God bless the entire team.
