Pre Ayurveda Treatment Rituals

  • Your Wellness Journey begins with Online/Offline Consultation by Senior Ayurvedic Physician 

  • After thorough and detailed assessment of your health condition, duration and type of the Panchakarma is prescribed

  • For a seamless admission process, it is advisable for a health seeker to reach a day prior at noon to fulfill every requirement. The process includes file preparation, detailed conversation with the doctor, etc. This will embark for your timely Ayurvedic

  • From the next day, the treatment as per the prescription begins.

Advice to Patients

Panchakarma Detoxification treatments
  • Clothing

    • Comfortable attire suitable for the season.
    • Activewear or yoga pants for yoga sessions.
    • Sports shoes for walking and outdoor activities.
    • Comfortable nightwear for restful sleep.

  • Toiletries

    • Bring your personal essentials like toothpaste, toothbrush, towels, slippers, sunscreen, soap, shampoo, and any additional items you may need.

  • Valuables

    • Each room is equipped with a safe for storing small items securely. However, it is advised not to carry any valuable items.

    Minimize the use of phones, laptops, and other gadgets to stay mindful and focused on your healing process.

  • Adhere to the Routine

    Follow the schedule and recommendations provided by your doctor diligently for the best results.

  • Maintain Silence

    Avoid unnecessary noise to respect the serene environment and the healing space of others.

  • Wear Appropriate Clothing

    Dress modestly and comfortably, keeping in mind the requirements of treatments and activities like yoga.

  • Avoid Substance Use

    Refrain from consuming alcohol, tobacco, or any other substances during your treatment period.

  • Practice Celibacy

    Maintaining celibacy during treatment is encouraged for better physical and mental balance.

Post Ayurvedic Treatment Precautions

  • Stick to the Right Diet

    Follow the diet plan given by your doctor. Avoid heavy, oily, or processed foods, and eat fresh, warm, and light meals.
