Tulsi Vanam Aahar is the cafeteria at Vrindavan Ayurveda Chikitsalayam, where only organic, sattvic, and high-nutrient meals are served to the health seekers (As prescribed by the Ayurvedic doctor according to the health concern) “Tulsi” symbolises indianness, purity, cure, and healing that represents our served meals precisely.

All the meals are curated by renowned culinary expert Sangeeta Khanna, who dedicated her career to modifying traditional recipes to curate healthy food.

  • Sattvic Meals for Healing

    All meals at VVAC are fresh, natural, and aligned with the Ayurvedic principles to support healing. Meals are carefully prescribed by Ayurvedic doctors and designed by celebrated nutritionist and culinary expert, Sangeeta Khanna .

  • Detox Juices

    Detoxifying juices like Amla, Beetroot, Ash Gourd, and Wheatgrass are incorporated in the meals to cleanse the body and boost immunity.

  • Balanced Diet

    The meals include salads, protein-rich foods, whole grains, and balanced nutrients for complete nourishment and provide energy.

  • Pure Milk and Ghee

    The milk and ghee used in our food come from the cows at our wellness center, ensuring purity and high quality of the ingredients.

Farm to Table Approach

  • Freshly Grown Produce

    In our organic farm, we grow certain vegetables, fruits, and grains that are used to make healthy, Sattvic food for patients.

  • Herbal Plantation

    Over 100 medicinal plants, trees, and herbs are present on the premise, some are grown, others are there. Indian Gooseberry, Sandalwood (Chandan), Aloe Vera, Neem, Ark leaves, and Moringa are some of the potent plants available at VAC used in treatments and food.

  • Vegetables Grown at VVAC

    Radish, Carrot, Beets, Beans, Peas, Methi, Palak, Coriander, Sarson, Cauliflower, Green Cabbage, Brinjal, Green Chillies, Jau, Amla, Bottle Gourd, Pumpkin, Turai (Ridge Gourd), Bitter Gourd, Ladyfinger, Ash Gourd, Taro (Arvi), and many more
